Return Policy

We accept returns on full-priced merchandise that is unused, with the original packaging and tags intact. Return requests need to be made within 30 days of order delivery. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. Returns shipped without a return authorization cannot be processed. Any original shipping costs are not refundable. Any items marked final sale cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, items must be in perfect condition and unused. Original packaging must be intact: handle covers cannot be torn, and hardware protectors must be undisturbed. Tags must be attached and unaltered. All dust bags and boxes must be unused and included in the return shipment. Please note that Fond cannot exchange or refund anything deemed damaged, including worn, scratched, stained items, or items without their original packaging intact.

Fond reserves the right to refuse the return of any items that do not meet our requirements. If your return is not accepted, we will not refund your payment. Your return will be shipped back to you at your expense.

For international orders, if a customer refuses to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us in perfect condition as described above. Please note that if an item is returned because a customer refuses to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, Fond will seek to recover from the customer all costs and any associated fees we incur fulfilling the order.

US sales taxes will be fully refunded by Fond for domestic orders. International orders’ shipping, customs, duties, and sales taxes cannot be refunded by Fond. Please communicate with your local customs bureau to recover duties and sales taxes.

IMPORTANT: Please allow 5 – 7 business days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received. We will email you your return status once we process your return. Credit card companies may take additional time to credit your account.
